The Walla Walla Police Department strives to recognize excellent service provided by our employees, and we value the input of the residents we serve.

This form is a way for residents to let WWPD officials know about your positive experiences with WWPD employees. The form may be completed by any resident, the resident’s representative, or a member of the Police Department.

Before any official recognition can take place, this form must be digitally signed by the person submitting it. When completing this form, please verify that all the information you provide is correct.
