OWWL, short for One Walla Walla List, is a mobile app that was developed to serve as a comprehensive directory for resources in the Walla Walla Valley. The app is currently in a transition period, but existing users may still have access.

- Blue Mountain Action Council — Food, housing, homeless services, employment, adult literacy, asset building, energy assistance, home weatherization, neighborhood outreach, ombuds, pro bono law referral, veteran services
- SonBridge — Dental care, medical care, life coaching, counseling, education and support groups, meeting space, financial assistance
- Aging and Long Term Care — Services to help meet the needs of older adults and adults with disabilities, including information and referral, case management programs, nutrition programs, transportation services, benefits assistance, health and wellness programs, senior foot care, and legal services
- Walla Walla Alliance for the Homeless — Shelter Community, resolving the unmet needs of the homeless population of Walla Walla
