Ordinance 2018-53, the "new zoning code" has been codified and is now integrated with our online municipal code. 

Welcome to the Development Services Department. Development Services is responsible for the following programs:

• Building and Land Use Permitting
• Business Licensing
• Comprehensive Long Range Planning
• 2016 Planning Fees

Development Services is also responsible for environmental protection, including SEPA (State Environmental Policy Act), critical area and shoreline regulations, affordable housing, signs, and annexations.
