Our job is to provide the tools that the City's workforce needs to maximize their efficiency and effectiveness; to help create a healthy and productive working environment; and to develop and implement the people-oriented processes that will enable our employees to deliver the best possible level of service to our ultimate customer base – the residents of the City of Walla Walla.
