The Walla Walla Police Department is accountable for the acts and omissions of all employees. Our obligation is to investigate allegations of misconduct or substandard performance.
This form is designed to assist in gathering all details relevant to a complaint. The form may be completed by any resident, the resident’s representative, or a member of the Police Department.
Before any additional action can take place, this form must be digitally signed by the person submitting it. Failure to sign the form may result in no action being taken regarding the information contained within.
