Stand Up Paddleboard (SUP) Yoga has completed for the 2024 Summer Season. Check back in May 2025 for details about 2025 Stand Up Paddleboard (SUP) Yoga season!


Stand Up Paddleboard (SUP) Yoga challenges your strength and stability unlike any other yoga class! Participants will each be on a SUP board, playing with a variety of yoga poses while floating on the water. See if you can make it through this sunset flow without falling in! Option to use either a professionally-provided or BYO-SUP board.

The class is suited for all levels with a variety of progressions. Come find your focus and FUN in this light-hearted class!

Schedule

One-day evening classes are offered at the Veterans Memorial Pool Diving Well from 7:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. on Thursdays.
