Do we get a refund for pool closures?
There are no refunds for weather or contamination-related closures. Staff will advise patrons as they enter if it appears that storms are developing or if certain features of the pool are closed. Daily admission fees are good for the entirety of the day, so you can reenter once the pool/feature reopens. If you have a rental canceled due to weather, please contact our office.

Generally, we have two lines for admission. If you are looking at the office, the window on the right is for passholders and the window on the left is for those paying a daily entrance fee. We occasionally set up a third line to speed up entry. However, when we hit our maximum capacity we admit patrons on a first-come first-served basis.
What are your weather policies?
If there is thunder or lightning the water will immediately be cleared and the facility will close. We will remain closed until 30 minutes have passed since the last flash/bang. Depending on the time of day or severity of the storm, we may close for the rest of the day.
We will close if the air quality index (AQI) rating is above 150. We will use airnow.gov to determine the AQI.
We may close the facility or portions of the facility due to severe wind, rain, or other weather related factors which impact visibility and/or safety.
