2024 Destination CrossFit Swim has completed for the 2024 Summer Season. Check back in May 2024 for details about the 2025 Destination CrossFit Swim! 


2024 Destination CrossFit Swim brings together the best of all worlds: dry land functional strength and endurance swimming with adult swim instruction sprinkled in. This class is led by a dynamic duo teaching team with both swim instructing and CrossFit coaching experience.

No CrossFit experience is required and multiple skill levels can be accommodated to help participants improve breathing efficiency and manage fitness while moving through the water. PLUS it will provide an amazing cardio workout, while also improving stamina and endurance.

The teaching team will lead participants through a warm up and skill work on land, then jump in the pool for a fun workout that combines swimming elements with functional movements... not just burpees!

Materials

All you need to bring is proper swim attire — goggles, sunscreen, and towel — and the ENERGY to have an amazingly fun workout!

Schedule

Wednesday Evenings

  • 6:00 p.m. to 7:30 p.m.
  • Lane 8, 25-yard Lap Pool and Grass Area
  • Veterans Memorial Pool

Sunday Mornings

  • 8:00 a.m. to 9:30 a.m.
  • Lane 8, 50 meter Lap Pool and Grass Area
  • Veterans Memorial Pool

Fees

  • Drop-in: $10 per class
  • Four-week package: $40 for four weeks of classes (up to eight classes total)

Instructors

Meghan DeBolt

  • CrossFit athlete, runner and lifelong swimmer; former competitive swimmer and swim coach

Nikki Sharp

  • Certified CrossFit Level 3 Trainer (CF-L3) for 12 years; coaching and training experience with athletes of varied health fitness needs
