Sherri-Lynn Greenwald, RNCS works at Providence Population Health will facilitate this Zoom event. Sherri-Lynn graduated in 2009 from Walla Walla Community College (WWCC) with an ADN in nursing, receiving her RN license in both Washington and Oregon State. She is in her last semester to achieve a Bachelor’s in nursing.
Sherri-Lynn has been a Community Nurse for over 12 years. Working 9 years as a Hospice Case Manager serving over a thousand families in her hometown of Walla Walla. Her last three years have been in Population Health as an RN Care Specialist Lead. She works with and builds relationships with other community resource partners, to promote and protect the health of our local community. This allows access to meet Social Determinants of Health (SDOH) needs through assessment, care management, education, support, and empowering patients to navigate difficulties in life and their health.
Through scientific research, data collection, social and environmental assessments she can collaborate and work toward health equity. She is also a Covid Coach, providing testing, vaccines, education and support. Her passion is with education and empowering others. Fun facts about Sherri-Lynn, she wants to paint like Bob Ross, colors every night, and lives on a hobby farm with 2 Alpacas named Sam Adams and Fireball.
