The Police Department is committed to a partnership with volunteers and integrating them as an important part of our organization. Annually, the Police Department provides 12 hours of specialized volunteer training. If you are interested in any of the positions below, please call 509.527.4434.

Requirements to be a volunteer:

• A strong desire and a commitment to serve your community. We accept applications continually.
• All applicants must complete an application and submit to a background check.
• A minimum number of hours of commitment.
